The site is a personal technical blog and newsletter. It does not offer any paid services, subscriptions, or other paid features, and no commercial transactions take place through it.

Miroslaw Steblik is the data controller for personal data processed via this site. The site is currently exempt from the requirement to pay the data protection fee under the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018, on the basis of the self-assessment provided by the Information Commissioner's Office.
